2021 Year End Message

2021 was another interesting year as we continued to navigate our way through the ongoing pandemic, while also dealing with the impacts natural disasters imposed on many of our team members. Our mission to #FirstServeOthers was as important as ever, and we continued to find new opportunities to support our colleagues, neighbors, friends and other community members as part of that mission. Through the FirstService Relief Fund, we provided immediate financial assistance to hundreds of our team members affected by Hurricane Ida’s path of destruction.

For this year’s Social Purpose recap video, we wanted to find out from our own team members how they #FirstServeOthers. Whether participating in company-organized activities, or striking out on their own, we saw a passion and enthusiasm around Social Purpose that continues to inspire us. This year’s video provides a brief glimpse into just some of their stories. In the coming weeks, we will be sharing full-length testimonials on our website, purpose.firstservice.com.

Some of the things we have learned from the past two years are that the only thing we can expect is the unexpected, and every day presents an opportunity to make life a little better for someone else.  

In 2022 we want to create an even greater impact, so be on the lookout for ideas and information on how you can join us as we #FirstServeOthers!
