2025 Year End Message

As we wrap up our 8th year of Social Purpose, I want to thank our team for their dedication to #FirstServeOthers. Every year, our teams come together to support meaningful causes and each other through the FirstService Relief Fund. This year, we’ve helped children, addressed food insecurity, raised disease awareness, supported first responders, participated in environmental efforts, helped animal rescues, and promoted mental health.

Social Purpose at FirstService offers everyone a way to contribute, and all efforts are valued. While our corporate teams lead many initiatives, individuals also create impactful events locally, many of which we highlight in our Spotlight newsletter.

These efforts exemplify the amazing impact that collective action and individual initiative can have within our organization and beyond. Through every project, event, and act of service, our team members demonstrate that compassion and collaboration are at the heart of FirstService’s culture. The dedication shown throughout the year continues to inspire others and reinforces our shared commitment to making a positive difference.

As we look ahead, I encourage everyone to get involved and do even more — whether by joining a new initiative, launching your own project, or lending a hand wherever you see a need. Your story matters, and we invite you to share your experiences with us, so that together we can celebrate every act of kindness and inspire others to make a difference. Let’s continue to build a legacy of service, one meaningful action at a time.
