2024 Year End Message

Our mission to #FirstServeOthers is central to our culture, uniting our teams in a shared commitment to giving back. Through both company-sponsored initiatives and individual efforts within their communities, our team members exemplify the true spirit of giving. Participating in Social Purpose activities strengthens our bonds with colleagues and communities, provides a deeper sense of purpose, and reminds us that giving is often more meaningful than receiving.

Last year, our teams demonstrated their commitment to each other by generously supporting the FirstService Relief Fund, which provides a lifeline to team members facing financial hardship. Each dollar donated directly assists a colleague in need, making this program a powerful testament to our values. We are grateful for your support.

In this year’s Social Purpose video, our ambassadors share why they choose to #FirstServeOthers and how it has enriched their lives. I hope their stories will inspire you to participate in Social Purpose, too. There are countless ways to get involved – by organizing local activities, supporting causes you care about, or simply showing your support. Find what resonates with you and become part of something bigger. Let’s continue making a difference, together.

September 2025

As FirstService’s Summer of Service campaign winds down, we highlight key community initiatives from our North American teams. These include FirstService Residential’s toy drive with CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish, First Onsite’s Sheltering Hope animal aid, California Closets’ “Care Closet” for foster families, and Paul Davis’ ongoing blood donation efforts. We also celebrate FirstService Residential’s South Region HQ achieving WELL Certified™ Gold, the East Region’s “Jolt of Joy” project delivering 700 cards to seniors, and feature Leukemia Awareness Month with ways to support lifesaving research. These activities demonstrate our commitment to compassion, collaboration, and service.
