Recently, a group of ten animal-loving volunteers from Planned Companies spent a rewarding day at St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center in Madison, NJ. The team rolled up their sleeves and spent time walking dogs, ensuring each animal received the personal attention, affection, and companionship they so deeply deserve. The impact was immediate—tails were wagging and spirits were lifted, including the team’s own!
In addition to volunteering their time, the team also supported St. Hubert’s through a pet food drive to help support the shelter’s essential programs. These efforts will directly benefit St. Hubert’s ongoing work to keep pets and families together, including operating pet food banks, hosting low-cost vaccine clinics, and providing emergency pet boarding services.
For over 85 years, St. Hubert’s has been a pillar of compassion for animals in need, providing vital services and support to the community. This volunteer day served as a wonderful reminder that even small acts of kindness can have a lasting effect—on both animals and people alike.
Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed! Your generosity and teamwork made this event both meaningful and memorable for all involved.
