At the beautiful Ava Hotel in Cancun, Mexico, our annual franchisee bash turned into a full-blown Casino Night experience. Floor Coverings International had almost 300 franchisees in attendance along with family members, Design Associates, Office Managers and Vendors totaling over 900 people. The ballroom buzzed with energy as franchise owners traded their sample boards for poker chips and stepped up to blackjack tables, roulette wheels, and craps games — all for fun and for something bigger than ourselves.

There were cheers at the tables, playful rivalries, and more than a few “all in” moments that had spectators gathering around to see how it would play out. But the real jackpot of the night wasn’t won at the tables.

Together, our franchise community raised $25,000 for the FirstService Relief Fund, supporting fellow franchise family members when they need it most. Every chip played and every hand dealt helped make a real difference — proving once again that this group shows up just as strong for each other as they do for their customers back home.

Between the tropical setting, the laughter, and the shared mission, the night perfectly captured what makes Floor Coverings International special: hard-working entrepreneurs who know how to have fun and have each other’s backs.

Cancun gave us the backdrop. Casino Night brought the excitement.

But our franchise family brought the heart.
