Throughout the summer, team members can participate in a variety of ways, including volunteer events, community outreach efforts, donation drives, service projects, everyday acts of kindness, and other activities that support causes important to the communities we serve. Whether you volunteer for a few hours, help a teammate, support a local nonprofit, or participate in multiple activities, every effort makes a difference.

Earn Points and Make an Impact

This year, we’re introducing a new way to recognize and celebrate the incredible contributions of our team members.

We’ve made participation simple—and fun. Each time you complete an eligible activity and submit it through our Social Purpose website at purpose.firstservice.com, you’ll earn points. Every point earned also serves as an entry into our monthly drawing, where winners will have the opportunity to designate a charity to receive a $500 donation in their name.

Every submission helps us showcase the positive impact happening across our teams and communities while recognizing the contributions of our team members.

Friendly Competition for a Great Cause

We’ll also track participation and engagement by company through our Summer of Service leaderboard, with progress shared throughout the summer.

At the end of the season, the company with the highest overall engagement will earn the opportunity to designate the recipient of an additional $500 charitable donation.
