Caring With Cards

I chose my Summer of Service event to be First Onsite’s Caring with Cards. I am a care giver for my sister who is developmentally delayed, and when I saw Caring with Cards in the events section for this Summer of Service, I knew it was perfect, especially because my sister and I could do it together! We created so many cards for others with stamps, stickers, scrapbooking supplies and more. My sister was able to be productive and creative, while she was serving others with her homemade cards. It provided an opportunity for a double blessing!
