Century Fire Clay Shoot Surpasses $1M in Funds Raised for Orphans and Foster Children

Century Fire Clay Shoot is an October tradition, bringing together outdoor enthusiasts to raise money for orphans and foster children in Georgia and abroad through its partnership with Graystone Church. This year’s event at the beautiful Blalock Lakes Lodge near Newnan, Georgia brought together 150 participants who competed for incredible prize packages and bragging rights.

Graystone Church and Century Fire are making a real difference for orphans, foster children, and their families. Funds raised are used to provide meals, financial assistance to foster parents, and even funding for sports teams, equipment, movie nights, daycare, and birthday celebrations. Every child deserves a special cake on their birthday!

The event was a success, with folks taking shots at clays, enjoying a delicious barbecue lunch, and trying their luck with raffle tickets for some pretty exciting prizes. The company’s vendors, customers, and even industry competitors came together for this great cause. The premier sponsors, Core & Main, Viking, and Ferguson Fire & Fabrication, were a big part of making it happen.

But the real excitement came when they gave away a Bintelli golf cart and a Polaris ATV and when, most importantly, they handed over “the big check” to Graystone Church. This year, Century Fire raised $205,908 bringing the total collected over the past six years to more than $1,000,000 for this cause!

Century Fire wants to have a positive impact not only on customers and employees, but the community too, so they’ll be back next year, shooting for the stars and helping kids who need it most.
