Whether you’re a passionate community advocate or just keen to spread a bit of kindness, we have an incredible selection of Social Purpose activities designed to match your interests.
Making a difference doesn’t require a huge time commitment – we’ve assembled a list of quick and easy ideas to get you started. Adding to the summer excitement, we’re reintroducing Random Acts of Kindness Bingo, now refreshed with new and engaging ideas! It’s a simple way to infuse extra joy into your Summer of Service. Grab our bingo card, complete as many tasks as you can, and share a photo or scan with us to enter a prize draw for a $500 donation to the charity of your choice! With our FirstService family of 30,000 caring souls, even a single act of service from each of us can create a tremendous ripple effect. So, let’s dive in!

Action Challenges
Five ways to win
To make Summer of Service even sweeter, we’ll be awarding prizes all summer long through a series of Action Challenges. Everyone who completes an Action Challenge will be entered into a random prize drawing to win Summer of Service swag! Each month everyone who shares their story with us via our website will be entered into a drawing to win a $500 donation to their favorite charity! The winner and charities will also be highlighted in an upcoming issue of our Spotlight newsletter!

Use your VolunteerHub account to view and participate in the #FirstServeOthers activities and events that matter to you.

Show or tell everyone what acts of service you’re doing this Summer of Service when you post stories, photos or videos through your personal or your Brand’s social media channels using the hashtag: #FirstServeOthers. Upload a screenshot of your post using the SHARE button.

Give a “Service Shout out” to your colleague(s) who are making positive contributions at work and throughout the community. It can be just a couple sentences of appreciation to call out good acts of service when you see them.

Let the FirstService family know of the good work you’re doing by submitting a brief story, video, or photos of the service in action.
