All Good Things DON’T Have to Come to an End

Our 2022 Summer of Service may have come to an end, but the impacts made on individuals and communities across North America will live on. While we look back on a wonderful summer filled with memories of helping others and all the good that we did, we also look forward to seek out more opportunities and continue our commitment to #FirstServeOthers.

As the summer was coming to a close, Charlotte Jarrett not only secured a sale for eleven California Closets spaces at My Sister’s Place in Washington, D.C., but she secured an opportunity for our team to give back in the process.

I’m excited to share California Closets New York’s (CCNY) great work in supporting the Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley, which serves families in need of shelter when their kids stay at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital.

Built With Love

On September 28, I was provided the opportunity to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity of Ontario, which is a nonprofit organization that helps to build and provide safe and affordable homes to working, lower-income families in the community.

Cleanup Day!

On September 29, we had 20 volunteers, 17 from FirstService Corporation and 3 from CertaPro, gather to cleanup Ketchum Park. It was a great day spent with colleagues doing something to help our environment and community.
