North Region Impact Collective: A Year of Meaningful Impact

The 2025 North Region Impact Collective Report showcases the powerful difference FirstService Residential associates are making across communities. Through collaboration, volunteerism, and charitable giving, teams across the region came together to support thousands of individuals and families in need.

This year’s impact is nothing short of inspiring. Collectively, the North Region raised nearly $389,000 and mobilized 983+ associates and partners to participate in social purpose initiatives. Their efforts helped support 5,704+ individuals and 1,314+ families, while delivering 93,130 meals and collecting 1,332 toys for children in need.
Additional contributions included 12,040 holiday packages, 488 Angel Cards sent to individuals facing hardship, and support for 30 veterans, alongside donations of winter clothing for those experiencing homelessness.

Beyond the numbers, the report highlights a shared commitment to community—from food security and housing initiatives to youth programs, healthcare support, and animal welfare. Each initiative reflects the collective’s mission: to strengthen communities through purposeful action and a unified “One Team” approach.

A special thank you goes to Temo Primrose-Gare, whose leadership and dedication helped drive these efforts and bring this report to life—capturing the full story of the North Region’s collective impact.

As momentum continues to build, the North Region Impact Collective stands as a testament to what can be achieved when people come together with a shared goal—making a lasting, positive impact where it matters most.
