- Introduction of the Global Social Purpose calendar, complementing our Volunteer Hub event calendar, facilitating collaboration across sister companies and promoting company-wide campaigns and initiatives.
- FirstService Relief Fund Awareness Month aims to educate all team members on accessing the fund during times of need, featuring interactive materials for engaging participation.
- Continuation of Working Groups, including Employer of Choice / Best Place to Work, PawsFirst, and the newly merged Awareness Campaigns group, offering increased engagement opportunities.
