Over the 4th of July weekend, Texas Hill Country experienced an unprecedented natural disaster. Torrential rains led to flash floods that swept through the region with destructive force. Entire communities were submerged, leading to significant loss of life and extensive property damage.

The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, a registered 501(c)(3) charity, has set up the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund. Donations will go to vetted organizations engaged in rescue, relief, and recovery operations, as well as flood assistance.

The United Cajun Navy is also on the ground in Central Texas, assisting with rescues, supply deliveries, and recovery efforts.
