FirstService Residential New York Joins NAMIWalks for Mental Health

In keeping with its tradition of raising awareness and funding for NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness, FirstService Residential New York raised $13,000 for the 2024 NAMIWalks-NYC charity event! We’d like to send a special shoutout to property manager Eric Greenberg who single-handedly raised $8,000!

A compassionate team of nearly 50 people including FirstService Residential associates, family members and friends showed their support of NAMI and its mission to build better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.

U.S. youth aged 6-17 experience a mental health disorder each year
of all lifetime mental illness begins by age 14, and 75% by age 24
Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death among people aged 10-14
