Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in women worldwide, and most everyone knows someone who has been affected by the disease. This is why CertaPro has launched its Paint It Pink campaign to raise money for breast cancer research.

As part of its commitment to Social Purpose, Century Fire has launched what it calls “The Great Giveback,” a social media campaign designed to raise awareness about the causes it supports and instill pride in its team members.

The East Region responds to President Michael Mendillo’s challenge to participate in at least one Social Purpose event before the end of 2019 in a big way — dozens of events have been planned and executed to date, with more on the way!

Throughout FirstService, teams are rolling up their sleeves and doing their part to clean up roadways, beaches, office parks and other public areas as part of our #CleanUpWeek initiative.

Supporting families of fallen firefighters is a cause that resonates with many of our team members. And, as the leading provider of disaster remediation and restoration services through our Paul Davis, Super Restoration, FirstOnSite and Interstate Restoration platforms, we are deeply experienced in assisting those during times of crisis. We demonstrate our commitment to these causes, not only during our work hours, but also during our free time.

We are always looking for ways to better meet the needs of our people, and we welcome feedback and ideas on how we can do just that. One suggestion was to offer FirstService Relief Fund information in Spanish to make it more accessible to our team members who prefer to receive information in their own language, so now we are!
