Supporting our internal teams, local communities, and the environment has been an essential component of our corporate philosophy. In 2018, we formalized this commitment under the title “Social Purpose,” introducing initiatives to communicate our dedication and inspire broader engagement in socially responsible activities.

A shared commitment to team support, community engagement, and sustainable operations unifies our subsidiaries. Our Social Purpose program acknowledges and honors the countless contributions made by our teams, whether through company-sponsored initiatives or individual efforts. We encourage all team members to seek out opportunities that align with their interests and values, advancing important causes through volunteering, awareness initiatives, and fundraising activities.

Our efforts are focused around three primary pillars, Our People, Our Community and Our Environment.

PawsFirst Pet Photo Contest

This year’s PawsFirst Pet Photo Contest brought our North American teams together once again, giving everyone a chance to show off the pets who keep us smiling—and to support local animal rescue groups at the same time. The votes have been tallied, and we are excited to share this year’s top three finishers!
