Earlier this summer, the Paul Davis team welcomed 12 remarkable participants from Pine Castle for an unforgettable visit to the Jacksonville Jaguars Training Facility.
Pine Castle is a Jacksonville-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental differences (IDD) through programs that build independence, develop life skills, and create meaningful employment opportunities. The visitors were all full-time employees in Pine Castle’s woodshop through its Community Employment Program, where they gain valuable work experience while earning a paycheck.
Working with Matt Rickoff, vice president of corporate partnerships for the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Paul Davis team helped create an exciting and accessible experience that celebrated inclusion and community connection.
The group enjoyed exclusive access to the Jaguars’ state-of-the-art training facility, touring the outdoor practice fields, player workout areas, dining facilities, meeting and film rooms, physical therapy spaces, and other behind-the-scenes areas rarely seen by fans. The day wrapped up with a pizza and dessert celebration, providing plenty of smiles and memories to take home.
The event reflected the power of community partnerships and Paul Davis’s ongoing commitment to creating opportunities where everyone feels valued, included, and inspired.
